About Sharafi Khalida:
Dr. Khalida Sharafi joined Morristown OB/GYN in 1999. She received her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Rutgers College, her master’s degree in Biophysics from Cook College and her medical degree from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson where she also completed her residency. In pursuing her lifelong interest in surgery, she enjoys performing minimally invasive surgery, including laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, as well as being a part of the joyful experience of delivering a healthy newborn to a happy family.
Dr. Sharafi is fluent in Persian, Uzbeki, Turkish and Pashtu. She is married and lives in historic Morristown. She loves spending time with her family, traveling, hiking and visiting national parks.
