As a new patient, I felt it was a visit well spent. The initial hearing test established an important baseline for any future visits. Dr. Allison asked about and listened to what I had to say about my symptoms. He took the time to read the results of a recent CT scan of my sinuses before starting the exam. He gave my ears, nose and throat a thorough check; scoped my vocal chords to eliminate any serious issues; and offered treatment suggestions before escorting me to the exit door. His manner was caring, respectful and professional.
From the phone calls to the visit was all very pleasant! And meeting the staff and Dr. Brown was so easy. I was very nervous for the consultation but after I got there, with everyone being so sweet all of that went away!
