Dr. Owen's awesome!! We just had technical difficulties and had to call through phone number because my microphone wouldn't work. Can't wait for our next appointment.
While I was not able to call directly to make an appointment, I was able to leave my information and have someone call me back to screen for more information before an appointment could be made. The call back came quickly and appointment was available within hours. The wait wasn't long, check in was easy. The provider I saw, Caitlin, was very professional, compassionate and a great listener. She was very careful with the exam and there was little discomfort. Even though a diagnosis was dependent on a lab test for which results would not be available for a couple of days, she kindly prescribed something to help the discomfort in the meantime. I'm so grateful that urgent care is so readily available. I couldn't have asked for a better provider!

I never had to wait to be seen, everyone was pleasant, and my questions were always answered in terms I could understand. Also, I seem to be having a good recovery.
