About Nikki Milder:
In 2011 Nikki decided to follow in the footsteps of her parents and attend nursing school at Nebraska Methodist College where she graduated with honors in 2013. She began her career in Kansas City at The University of Kansas Hospital in the Pre & Post Anesthesia Care Unit. Throughout her nursing career, Nikki prepped and recovered patients from many different types of surgical procedures including: orthopedic, ocular, plastic, gastrointestinal, ear, nose & throat, skin cancer, oncology, pain, and pediatric cases. Nikki also has experience working side by side with local surgeons here in Kansas City performing the Mohs procedure – a unique surgical technique used to treat skin cancer in stages, one tissue layer at a time.
In 2017 Nikki began working as an RN and Solutions Advisor for Cerner Corporation, where she provided feature and functionality education for prospective client clinicians and executives on several Cerner platform solutions including nursing work flows, population health, telehealth, and clinical analytics.
In 2019 Nikki finally landed home at AesthetiCare. While she enjoyed her time with Cerner, Nikki is most fulfilled in the clinical setting caring of patients. She truly enjoys the patient-clinician relationship, and takes advantage of each and every opportunity to help her patients set goals and exceed them. Nikki is also passionate about the clinical process; she works diligently in ongoing education and certification with great attention to detail in order to provide the most innovative and practical solutions for patients to look and feel their very best.
