Dr. Koniares considered my individual case very carefully and was always willing to explore protocol changes or further testing. She has been compassionate and reaches out directly via phone when there is good news, difficult news, and/or symptoms that need checking in on. Of course, she is also an extremely knowledgeable and skilled RE. It was always apparent that she had reviewed my record thoroughly before any appointment or procedure.
Dr. Hickman was patient, explained everything clearly, and truly validated my concerns during my visit. I also want to recognize the wonderful team, especially Ms. Gladys and Ms. Loretha, along with everyone else who helped make my visit a positive one. Thank you all for the excellent care.
Aside from the incredible scientific work the clinic does all of the staff is incredible to work with. They understand how complex and emotional the journey is and handle everything with great bedside manner and care.
Dr. Surrey is great and very knowledgeable. I just felt a little rushed in this appointment.
