Sophia Updyke, NP

About Sophia Updyke:

Sophia attended the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing and graduated in 2013 as a registered nurse. She worked as a registered nurse at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, starting in 2015. In 2020, she began the Masters of Nursing at the University of Cincinnati and became a certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in 2022.

Sophia enjoys working with women of all ages to help them achieve their health goals. Special interests include contraception options, premenstrual syndrome, vaginitis, perimenopause, menopause, and incontinence.

She enjoys spending time with her husband and family, hiking with her dog, being on the water in her kayak, and snowboarding out west. Life can be short, so making the most out of each day by being kind to others and laughing, is most important to Sophia.
