About Lester Voutsos:
Caring for the health of women is a noble and great calling and I take this responsibility very seriously. It is an honor when a woman calls me her doctor. I best serve my patients by giving them safe options to approach their problems and by providing a high level of service, whether it's in small ways, such as returning a phone call, or in large ways, such as performing surgery. Pregnancy is an important time in a woman's life, and I can help her experience this with health and happiness. If hardship occurs, I believe this is when I can be of the most service to a woman and her family.
My philosophy is pragmatic in that I am a problem solver. In medicine there are often many right answers to most problems. I help my patients find what is the right solution for them. By caring for patients in this manner, I give excellent, individualized care.
I wake up every morning motivated to do the best I can for my patients whether in the office, hospital, or in the operating room. I continue to keep current in the rapidly changing world of medicine. Some innovations immediately help people, others need to withstand the test of time, and still others will prove to be unhelpful. It is my job to sift through the information and try to figure out which to apply and which to leave alone. It boils down to one person trying to help another, with knowledge, care, and perseverance. In summary, I want to help my patients in any way I can.
