About Kristi Kolek:

Kristi received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Arizona State University and her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies with an emphasis in bioethics from Midwestern University. As a third generation Flagstaff native, she is in touch with the needs of the community. Since graduation in 2007, she has worked in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She provides routine well woman care, contraception, premenstrual disorders, menstrual disorders, polycystic ovarian syndrome menopausal symptoms and hormone replacement therapy. She also provides routine pregnancy care in collaboration with Drs. Graff, Lindstrom, and Perrin. Appointments can be scheduled in office or via telemedicine.
