About Katie Timcho:
I’m originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and it was home sweet home until I headed off to college in Indiana. After college, I embarked on a ten-year adventure as a Registered Nurse in the Army, which took me all around the country. It was an incredible journey, and I had the privilege of serving our dedicated service members.
Following my service with the Army, I felt a strong desire to further my education and expand my capacity to care for patients, particularly in the role of a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Providing care to women throughout the various stages of their lives is both a privilege and a humbling experience for me. My patient care philosophy revolves around open communication, active listening, and collaboration. I firmly believe in equipping women with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their health. Whether it involves routine wellness exams, family planning, or addressing specific concerns, I am here to support and guide my patients every step of the way. My unwavering commitment is to ensure that every woman leaves her visit feeling comfortable and respected, equipped with a sense of empowerment and confidence in her health choices.
In my free time, you’ll often find me reading, walking my golden retriever, entertaining my three little kids, or convincing my husband to do a new DIY project.
