Jim Montgomery, MD

Dr. Jim Montgomery is a board certified Ophthalmologist at 20/20 Lasik Institute in Englewood, Colorado. Dr. Montgomery has performed over 17,000 laser eye surgery correction procedures and is credentialed at the highest level on several laser platforms. He has been practicing refractive eye surgery in Denver since 2001 and also performs other refractive procedures, such as ReSTOR, Visian ICL lens implants, Crystalens, and ReZoom. Dr. Montgomery is dedicated to providing high quality patient care and using state-of-the-art technologies, in order to help patients achieve the best possible results.

Dr. Montgomery completed his education at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He went on to complete an internship in Internal Medicine at Baylor Hospital in Dallas and later completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Parkland Hospital, and Zale Hospital. He has also received the honor of being first in the category of “Best LASIK/Laser Center/LASIK Eye Surgeon” in the Boulder Camera’s Best of Boulder County for three consecutive years.

Dr. Jim Montgomery is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.
