Hilles Whedbee, CNM received her Master of Science in Nursing Administration at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. in 1986. She completed her Certificate of Nurse Midwifery from Rutgers University in 1989. She has been practicing as a CNM in Maryland for over 32 years.
