Dr. Javate was born in Chicago and lived in Northwest Indiana for most of his life. He attended Indiana University for his undergraduate degree and received his MD from the Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Javate completed his OB/GYN training in New Orleans at the LSU Health Sciences Center. In his practice he has a special interest in obstetrics, contraception, primary care, and minimally invasive in-office and robotic assisted surgery. Dr. Javate enjoys movies and dining with his wife and two young daughters. He loves to walk his canine son named Ralphie. Dr. Javate is an avid golfer.
