Dr. Dean J. Fardo, MD is a highly trained and skilled plastic surgeon in Alpharetta, Georgia. Dr. Fardo is dedicated to providing his patients with the best care available. As a true perfectionist, he displays great care and attention to detail in his work. He is well known throughout the Atlanta area for his compassionate and caring nature and his excellence in surgical results.  

Dr. Fardo is one of the few surgeons nationwide that has had formal training in both plastic surgery and oculoplastic surgery.  He has worked as a staff physician at the world renowned Cleveland Clinic where he practiced cosmetic and oculoplastic surgery for three years.
