About Barbara McGuirk:

Dr. Barbara McGuirk is a board certified reproductive endocrinologist and an endometriosis specialist who has been dedicated to women’s health for over 25 years. To give the kind of care she believes in, Dr. McGuirk knew she had to create a special place and team. In 1995, Dr. McGuirk founded Reproductive Associates of Delaware, now known as RADfertility, with a mission to provide ethical, personal care for men and women, and help them achieve their dream of building their family. She also serves as the Program Director of the Endometriosis & Pelvic Pain Center, a division of RADfertility.

Dr. McGuirk received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Pennsylvania State University. She then went on to medical school at St. Georges University School of Medicine in Grenada. Her clinical training was at ChristianaCare for her OB/GYN residency and Dr. McGuirk completed her fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center in Philadelphia.

As the Director of Reproductive Surgery, Dr. McGuirk has performed thousands of life-changing surgeries for women of all ages with chronic pelvic pain. She is passionate about helping women out of chronic pain caused by endometriosis and other gynecological issues She has treated endometriosis, uterine and tubal abnormalities in countless women, regardless of their desire for family building. She is one of only a few skilled surgeons in the country performing laparoscopy to treat endometriosis.
